3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very good no issues there surrounded by nice walks and shopping centre not too far away plus there is many means of ways to get on major roads to travel anywhere and there are plenty of schools around if you have a kid
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast and reliable with quick emails back and forth to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not necessarily just that sometimes the road is horrible to drive on

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Sometimes little respect from neighbours who allow their children to run down alley ways, drop litter, rip up trees hang off the side of your house and scream. Whilst teenages smoke weed adjacent to your house... others are lovely but sadly it is getting worse and we thought we had settled on living here until retirement but not sure we can do so..
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
some never, days when first moved in with no hot water or heating... and most recently 3 weeks because your on line form did not pull through that the issue was a dish washer - I replied to the email, chased and reported again, left a voice mail and still no reply - shocking
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Don't pick a house next to an alley way... that encourages anti social behaviour.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
So far everything seems brilliant. From frequent transport, amble parking and all bins available including food waste. I love the fact that its a quiet area amongst trees and nature you wouldnt known you are on a housing Estate. The down fall is that there isnt a shop within walking distance .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven't had any issues so no concerns raised to them
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Im not sure there is anything else I would of wanted to know before moving in as everything had been explained before we moved in

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Its sooo peaceful and quiet and lots of trees. A really enjoyable place to live. Highly recommend and love it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes Jess has been fabulous for us when we first moved in and the WiFi wasnt working correctly she linked us into the people we needed too and was sorted 1st time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The phone signal is poor so without WiFi it makes moving providers and changing address and anything you need to call people more of a challenge.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have lived in Bordon for 2 years and now moving to this new area is lovely, green spaces and close to the forest. Close to the gym and local community. Lovely neighbourhood.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Problems sorted out quickly and effectively with good communication throughout
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing is to put our road on the maps, some delivery drivers struggle on the estate but sure it will come so very minor.
