The communal areas of The Gessner have been designed in collaboration with Fettle. The London-LA design studio is behind some of the world’s best-loved hospitality spaces, from Moncks of Dover Street to Hoxton hotels in Rome and Portland. You’ll find that same design flair in every detail of The Gessner, from the oak architraves that surround Crittall-style doors to solid timber flooring milled in Wales.
The spacious, air-conditioned gym on the ground floor is well stocked with state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment, so forget queuing for a lone treadmill or rummaging for the right free weights. A custom mirror runs the length of a wall for those quick form checks and the hospitality-level light control system sets the mood for classes.
On the same floor is a dedicated workspace for residents. Furnished with a mix of vintage and custom pieces, it’s a plush but practical spot with plug sockets just where you want them. Perfect place to live in Tottenham
Beautiful facilities and it's always clean and well maintained. The staff are always adding new things and keeping this place exciting. The different rooms in the building are so well looked after and I feel so fancy living here. The gym is my personal favourite.

Fantastic facilities and lots of great shops nearby. Perfect transport links too. I think that there's lots of beautiful places nearby to visit.

Yes. We weren't able to understand the temperature monitor in our flat but the management helped very quickly

Neighbours are quiet so you shouldn't expect to make friends but the facilities are great regardless.

Nice place to live in
Property management team is very nice, polite and prompt. There are many resident engagement events too for people who want to get involved. The common spaces for hire are a nice option to have (although they can be a bit expensive). Overall home design is good.

Transport links are very convenient. I dislike the lack of high end grocery stores and restaurants close by.

Unique property with facilities designed like a private members club
Ground floor is air conditioned and designed to a standard fit for a 5 star hotel or exclusive private members club. Rooftop is great with 2 available BBQs to reserve. 2 lounges available for tenants and a coffee shop. The team are super friendly and always on hand to help with parcels and any needs for tenants.

Great transport links nearby with a large retail park with all the essentials - Boots, Lidl, Pets At Home and a giant Iceland. Building is in a great location 2 minutes walk to the park.

Yes, there is an online portal where you can raise problems or concerns with the property or building. Front desk are also available to help resolve or escalate issues.

Great location and nice building
The security could be improved as there are usually people that loiter around the outside of the building late at night. The communication can be better if there are known issues with things like hot water. The included furniture for each flat needs to be updated as some of the pieces are not practical and some of us (like myself) have been here for over 4 years and things should be updated.

Still in development and there could be more grocery stores and restaurants. There's still a lot of construction going on in the area.

Sometimes it seems like they aren't concerned about a small issue we might have and give a very unhelpful generic response.

I had thought there would have been more restaurants and stores in the area but it's remained quite bare.

The Gessner is a great place to live
Living in this development offers a thoroughly modern and comfortable experience. The design is thoughtful and contemporary, with well-proportioned layouts and plenty of natural light that make the space feel genuinely inviting. Facilities are excellent—the gym and communal gardens are well-maintained and add real value to daily life.
Building management is generally responsive and professional, handling repairs and maintenance with efficiency and care. Property management communicates clearly about updates and costs, which fosters trust and transparency.
I hope the gym could have a bit more equipment. Overall, it’s a secure, well-run environment that feels like home, and the management team clearly takes pride in keeping standards high.

Living here offers a wonderful balance of convenience and community spirit. We’re fortunate to have diverse local shops and eateries that add real character, alongside lovely green spaces perfect for unwinding. Transport links are generally reliable, making commuting straightforward, though peak times can get busy. Our street feels safe and friendly, with efficient bin collections and considerate neighbours. While parking can occasionally be tight and traffic noise a minor factor during rush hour, these are small trade-offs for the area’s many benefits. Overall, it’s a vibrant, welcoming place to call home.
