Alloue - Two beautiful village houses with a possibility to a business, guest rooms with garden touching the Charente. The houses have recently been renovated and are tasteful, light and with high ceilings. As you enter through a private gated area, there are two private entrances to the houses going up stone steps. The first orginally was a shop and house. There is a long hallway, with a separate toilet. The second house which was the orginal house has a large hallway, with separate wc, a large lounge with pellet burner, and orginal flooring, a large dinning area with orginal fireplace with woodburner, large kitchen and separate larder area/storage room.
