· Electrical Testing – An electrical inspection and testing of the Unit is carried out every 5 years organised by Eckland Lodge Business Park and undertaken by a qualified electrician authorised by the NFU Insurance. The cost to undertake the testing and any remedial work required is re-charged to the tenant. Electrical testing on Unit 18 was last carried out in December 2020.

· Refuse Storage & Removal: Facility to use general, recycling and cardboard refuse containers provided onsite for office waste only.

· Intruder Alarm: This can be connected if a telephone line is installed into the Unit by the tenant. The tenants are responsible for the upkeep of the alarm whilst they occupy the Unit.
