tenancy term. Prior to termination of the
tenancy a new set of tests on the same
basis will be commissioned, with 50% of
the cost to be charged to the tenant.
Dilapidations may be charged at the end
of the tenancy for any deterioration in soil
quality, by reference to the tests and at
the sole discretion of the landlord.
