Moving outside, the rear garden has a paved terrace running right across the back of the house with steps up to the lawn, which has flower and shrub borders. A greenhouse and garden shed are included in the sale.

To the front, the driveway provides parking for three or four cars and a mature hedge provides some privacy. The garage has power and light and has been boarded to provide eaves storage.
