5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There's a Tesco Express two minutes away and a great independent coffee shop on the corner that I'm in most weekends. The area is very good for a run. The bus and tram into the city centre is reliable, though parking on the street can be tight on weekday evenings. It's quiet at night, I never had a noise problem.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I reported a leak under the kitchen sink and someone was out to fix it within two days.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How sociable the building is. There are occasional resident events and it's easy to get to know neighbours, which I wasn't expecting from a new build.

It's central to any place you want to in Leith, Ocean terminal is 2 mins away and you can access up to 5 buses with the tram. Very central.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very prompt, open minded . They update you of stuffs around and ensure you have a good time.

Nothing to change or nothing to add. Everything is on point.

Close proximity to all shops, city centre, trams, leith walk. The only thing I would say it’s not the best is the parking situation but luckily I can park my car in a work car park

Quick response after reporting maintenance issue on the resident app

The only thing I can think of would be about how windy it can get here- it can get pretty loud

Local area, especially The Shore is fantastic. Development could benefit from a clear drop off area (i.e for taxis).

Always prompt responses. Everyone we have spoken to has been helpful.

The internet has been disappointing and we continue to have issues with some devices. Would have preferred bringing our own.

Good: amenities, communal spaces, staff are friendly. Community events, gym on site. Bad: parking spaces

We have not yet encountered any problems but staff were very keen address any issues if they arised.

Parking is quite difficult as the area is popular and there is very limited private spaces.
