We are thoroughly enjoying our stay at Corkfield. The location is superb, and the proximity to my daughter’s school is especially convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management is amazing, they work really hard for all of us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Amazing environment, we just walked in and straightaway secured the place.

    Manager's response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is ideal for me. There's a gym right on my doorstep, an Aldi just a minute walk away, and a beautiful park only a few minutes from the building. Bus stops directly outside make it quick and easy to get into Birmingham city centre, and Moseley Village is also within walking distance. There's a great balance of convenience, green space, and excellent transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

While being here, I've not had any issues to be raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The nearest high street is Moseley Village, a 15/20 minute walk away. It's not a big deal but worth noting.

    Manager's response

Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review. We're delighted to hear how much you're enjoying life at Corkfield and that the property, shared spaces, courtyard, and resident amenities have made such a positive impact on your day-to-day life. It's especially rewarding to hear your kind words about the team and the community we've worked hard to create. From resident events to the welcoming atmosphere throughout the building, we're so pleased that Corkfield feels like a place you're genuinely happy to call home. Thank you for your support, recommendation, and for being such a valued member of our community. We look forward to continuing to make Corkfield a great place to live. 😊

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Corkfield is perfectly located on the Cricket grounds between Edgbaston and Moseley village and next door is Cannon Hill park which is an absolute treat. Parking is abundant and bin collections are regular and organised .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response was immediate when I had a hub issue as soon as I reported it to Peter he called one of the guys instantly and within 5 mins Kieron was at my apartment and fixed the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is storage facilities under the building and very affordable. Knowing that before hand makes it easier to move.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is good close to city centre upto 15 - 20mins by public transport and up to 10 mins by car or motorcycle depending on traffic. Right next Edgbaston cricket stadium, Cannon hill park great space for a run or casual walks, close to nearby Moseley area and there’s a wildlife conservation park nearby too and a few local shops Aldi been the closest. It’s a main road but it’s fairly quite as it connects to high streets further. Gets busy during event days and parking can be an issue but generally fine.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, deliveries, amenities bookings, etc all good. However the rental administration side is abit challenging sometimes can be confusing but gradually gets sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are good link of public transport but only buses and certain times waiting time can be long.

    Manager's response

Hi Mo, Thank you for your review - the amenities close to Corkfield are really good, and with Mosely, Kings Heath, Edgbaston and Harborne so close by, there are SO many High Streets to choose from! Thank you for your feedback on the rental administration - it helps us to improve our services. We hope to see you at our next event! Kind regards,
