Description

Situated on a popular residential road, this impressive four bedroom detached family home offers over 1,530 sq ft of versatile living space. Built just eight years ago and benefiting from the remainder of its NHBC warranty, the property has been exceptionally well maintained throughout.

The ground floor features a welcoming entrance hall, a generous reception room and a separate study offering flexibility as a playroom or snug. At the heart of the home is a beautifully appointed 17ft kitchen/diner with integrated appliances, ample dining space and double doors opening onto the patio, decked seating area and garden beyond. A separate utility room, downstairs WC and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor further enhance the property’s functionality.

The first floor comprises four well proportioned bedrooms, including a generous main bedroom with an en suite shower room, complemented by a contemporary family bathroom.

Outside, the rear garden extends to approximately 44ft, featuring a patio, raised decked seating area and a well maintained north westerly facing lawn enjoying afternoon and evening sunshine.

Further benefits include gas central heating to the first floor, double glazing and off street parking for two vehicles.

Ideally located within the catchment area of well regarded local schools, the property is also within easy reach of local shops, parks and recreational facilities. Excellent transport links include convenient access to the M1, London Luton Airport and nearby rail services providing direct connections into central London.

An internal viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate everything this home has to offer.

Vendor’s View

What we have loved about living on Periwinkle Lane is the rare balance it offers, space, comfort and a friendly community feel, while still being incredibly convenient. The location has been exceptional, with shops, parks, the splash park and local amenities all within easy reach and it has been a wonderful place for our children to grow up.

Inside, the house and garden feel peaceful and private, yet you are still close to the town, excellent commuting links, London Luton Airport and rail connections into London. We have also loved being so close to Ashridge House and Forest, where countryside walks and family time outdoors have become a big part of our lives.

We bought the house new eight years ago and fully refurbished it last year, adding modern finishes and smart technology throughout. It has been a fantastic home for us and one full of amazing memories.
