GUIDE PRICE £230K - £250k

An exceptionally well presented two double bedroom, two bathroom apartment new to the market and I would strongly encourage buyers to arrange a viewing to see in person.

Lovingly maintained and thoughtfully styled by the current owners, this stunning home is as inviting as it is impressive. Flooded with natural light and finished with a contemporary elegance throughout, every room has been designed with modern living in mind, offering the perfect balance of comfort, style and practicality.

At the heart of the home is a wonderfully spacious open plan living and dining area, creating the ideal space to relax or entertain. Double doors open onto a private south west facing balcony, which enjoys a wonderfully secluded position and is not overlooked, perfect for enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine.

The modern fitted kitchen has been designed for everyday living, offering excellent storage, generous worktop space and everything you need to cook, entertain and enjoy.

The impressive principal bedroom benefits from a stylish three piece en-suite shower room, while the second double bedroom offers fantastic flexibility, whether you're accommodating guests, creating a home office or planning for the future. A beautifully presented three piece family bathroom serves the second bedroom and visitors alike. Storage is another real highlight of this apartment, with two generous storage cupboards providing plenty of practical space. To complete the package, the property also benefits from an allocated parking space, truly the cherry on top.

What really sets this home apart is the atmosphere. Warm, welcoming and completely move in ready, it's the kind of property that instantly feels like home the moment you step inside.

Ideally positioned, Redhill town centre is just a short distance away, offering an excellent selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and leisure facilities. Redhill's mainline station provides fast and frequent services into London, making this an outstanding choice for commuters, while the M25, Gatwick Airport and the beautiful Surrey countryside are all within easy reach.

Whether you're taking your first step onto the property ladder, searching for a stylish home to downsize into, or looking for a turnkey investment or home that's ready to enjoy from day one, this exceptional apartment is one that's sure to impress.

Early viewing is highly recommended.

Sellers Comments

We have absolutely loved the last four years in our first home and it will be a difficult place to leave. One of the main reasons we chose Redhill was its excellent transport links and it has never disappointed. My partner commutes to London, so being just a seven minute walk from Redhill Station has been ideal. There's something particularly enjoyable about those early morning walks to the station, especially with the birds singing as the day begins. For me, working across the country means the M25 being only a five minute drive away has been equally convenient.

What we will miss most is how peaceful the apartment is. As it faces away from the main development, it feels remarkably quiet and private. During the spring and summer months, we love spending evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunshine and the view of the trees. The balcony benefits from sun for most of the day and is a real sun trap, making it a wonderful place to relax. Another advantage of the position is that it is not overlooked by neighbouring balconies, giving a real sense of privacy that's hard to find.

The flat is also incredibly energy efficient. Thanks to the excellent insulation, double glazing and second floor position, we rarely need the heating on, even during the colder months. It has always been a comfortable and economical home to run.

While we are excited to be moving to Kent, we will be leaving behind a home that has given us so many happy memories. We are confident that whoever moves in next will enjoy living here just as much as we have.
