A magnificent terrace overlooks a cinematographic landscape featuring special items, including a piano renovated with mosaic tiles.

A tailor-made metal staircase leads to a Juliette balcony and to the entrance hall on the first floor. The master suite has Juliette balcony, a dressing room connected to an asian-style bathroom with a jacuzzi. In a second hallway are a family bathroom, separate WC, linen room and two bedrooms. One of them has a Juliette balcony and a private staircase leading to the back garden. The 4th bedroom has a dressing room where it may be possible to install a bathroom (subject to necessary permissions).

A guest house, besides the swimming pool, has a veranda with an open kitchen, living room with a second kitchen, WC and a bathroom on the ground floor. A second bathroom and a children’s bedroom are on the first floor.
