The town itself has shops, banks, restaurants and 2 hyper-markets. There is also a rail station. This Villa Liberty has all amenities within walking distance and yet the sizable garden has a fantastic view of the Monte Pania.

There are orignal, Carrara marble stairs going up to the first floor where the family live. One of the bathrooms is on a mezzanine floor halfway up the staircase.
Originally the first floor rooms were all bedrooms but now there are three bedrooms, a large bathroom, eat-in kitchen/diner leading out to the first floor, covered terrace. Some of the windows on this floor.
The attic is very high and has 5 rooms, the electric water heater is here.
Underneath the entire house is a very dry basement comprising a boiler room, a cantina, a games room and storage room.
The town is famous for its Donkey Palio which takes place in high Summer, the villages around the town all have yearly festivals.
