The location has been one of its greatest strengths, with easy access to Swinley Forest—perfect for dog walks—while still being close to Bracknell town centre, along with good transport links via the train and nearby motorways. It’s been a peaceful place to live, with friendly neighbours, yet everything you need is conveniently close by. The house offers great flexibility, giving new owners the opportunity to make it their own. We hope that whoever moves in next will enjoy living here making it their own happy home.

Chesterblade Lane is in a really convenient part of Forest Park, close to local shops, transport links and plenty of green space. Swinley Forest is just a short distance away, which is ideal for walks, running or biking, and there’s easy access back into Bracknell town centre for the Lexicon, train station and everyday amenities. It’s a location that works well for both families and commuters.

We like the balance this house offers. You’ve got driveway parking at the front, a good size garden at the back, and the internal space works well for day-to-day life too. It’s also the sort of home where someone can move in and gradually put their own style into it over time, which we know a lot of buyers are looking for. With no onward chain as well, it feels like a really straightforward opportunity.
