We absolutely loved living in this three-bedroom flat and it will always hold special memories for us. It was our first family home in the area and where we really became part of such a friendly and welcoming local community.

The location worked perfectly for us, especially as our children were growing up. The choice of nearby schools was excellent, which gave us real peace of mind and made everyday life so much easier. Everything we needed — from transport links to shops and green spaces — was close by and convenient.

When we later decided to rent the property out, it continued to prove what a fantastic home it is, always attracting great tenants thanks to the strong community feel and desirable location. It’s a property that has given us so much over the years, both as a home and as an investment, and we know it will be just as loved by the next owners.
