I moved into the flat seven years ago when it was first built, and I’ve genuinely loved living here ever since. I chose it because of its corner position, which means it gets loads of natural light throughout the day. It always feels bright and open, even in winter. There’s also a really nice community feel in the development, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home. One of my favourite things has been being so close to the lake and the woods. I love nature and it’s perfect for a run, a cycle, or just a walk to clear your head. It’s surprisingly convenient too, with the M3 just nearby, so getting around is straightforward. It’s been a really easy, comfortable place to live.

The location is perfect for those that like to get outdoors with Hawley Woods and Hawley Lake right on your doorstep, along with the Crown & Cusion within walking distance. For commuting junction 4a for the M3 just moments away!

Located just 31 miles from London is the very popular area of Hawley / Blackwater. Located less than 2 miles from Camberley town centre with its great range of independent and chain shops and restaurants it is also ideally located for commuters with access to the A30, M3 and Blackwater train station just a few minutes away from the property. There are a good choice of local schools within a short distance also.
The area offers a lovely range of outside open spaces, woodland and parks, many of which are also just a few minutes from the property.
