Off to the side, there’s also a utility area and a downstairs WC, which just makes day-to-day living that bit easier.
Upstairs, you’ll find two genuinely good sized double bedrooms. The front bedroom comes with built-in storage and the rear bedroom is a brilliant size with its own ensuite shower room. The family bathroom sits nicely in the middle.
Outside, the rear garden is low maintenance, with a patio area and astro turf, plus side access, ideal for keeping the bins tucked away and out of sight.

The Fairways in Binfield is a modern development built just a few years ago by Bloor Homes. It’s in a really convenient spot, with great links to Binfield Village, Bracknell Town Centre, and the A329(M).
You’ve also got some great amenities right on your doorstep, including King's Academy Binfield, GolfPlex, the doctor’s surgery and The Foxes Den at Blue Mountain. There is also a pathway to the side of Kings Academy which leads you into Binfield Village.
