Directions

From the Topsham office, head along Fore Street and straight over at the roundabout and continue for approx. 1.5 miles. At the Countess Wear roundabout, take the second exit and continue for a further 500 metres, taking a right hand turn onto Southbrook Road. Take the next right onto Tollards Road and follow the road right to the top where it meets Wendover Way, the property can be found on the right hand side.
