What a fantastic apartment at a knockout price! There is lots to love about this great home. The apartments are built to a great design making them really aesthetically pleasing from the outside and that continues as you come in. We love the fact that the parking is directly in front of the property in a private walled carpark making it super easy to unload shopping from the car!

The home has been laid out to keep the bedroom to one side and the living space to the other, meaning your sleeping space can be kept as a tranquil and uninterrupted sanctuary, the bay window provides an attractive feature!.

The fact that this home is only six years old makes it incredibly low maintenance. There is a huge storage cupboard which is such a bonus and something that is lacking in many apartments. The open plan living area, really has maximised both space and light. We like the french doors to the private patio meaning that on warm days there is a good flow of air and the outside can become an extension to the home. For those that love a little more outside space, the communal lawn is just a few steps away through a gate.
