Owners Comments
Buying the flat was my first property purchase at 25 years old and it’s honestly the best thing I ever did . The first time I ever viewed the property before I bought it I knew immediately this was where I wanted to live, it had an instant homely feeling and every person who’s visited has said the same thing. It’s such a lovely, homely, safe place to live and I truly feel that if I could stay forever, I probably would.
As the building is now managed by the residents there is such a sense of camaraderie and friendship within the entire building, everybody knows everyone and we all look out for each other. We meet up every so often at the local pub and have a WhatsApp group where we all stay in touch and make sure everything within the building suits everyone who lives there, and it’s such a nice thing to do with the people that you live with. I’ve never known a block of flats to be as close knit as the people in Pioneer are, that is something I will really miss and something that the next owner will be really lucky to have. The area has everything you could need shops, hairdressers, pubs, lovely walks, schools transport access it’s just a real central hub and it’s something that really drew me to the property in the first place and I still continue to really be thankful for now. I have redecorated the entire flat by hand and I’m so proud of the way it’s turned out it’s not just a place to live it really feels like a home and it’s my favourite place to be. My partner has moved in, we’ve now got a puppy and we’re ready for the next stage of our life, which means we need somewhere bigger but knowing that all of these milestones have happened while I’ve lived in the property have made it somewhere that I’ll cherish forever and I’m so excited for the next owner being able to grow and create memories like we have, you just can’t help but fall in love with it.
