Once inside the apartment there is a hallway with a large cupboard which offers excellent storage space, a further cupboard houses the gas fired boiler.

The hallway leads to the principal bedroom which is a comfortable double bedroom and has a window overlooking the park, there is also an en-suite shower room. The shower room comprises a shower enclosure, wash hand basin and a WC. Next to the principal bedroom is the second double bedroom, again this has a window overlooking the park.

As you head towards the lounge you will pass the family bathroom. Within the bathroom there is a bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin all of which are finished in classic white. The bathroom also has complimentary tiled splashbacks.

The open plan lounge/kitchen is located at the far end of the hallway. The kitchen area is fitted with a range of wall and floor cupboards and also includes a built-in oven and electric hob and washing machine.

There is one allocated parking space in the secure communal car park, there is also a bike store for resident’s use.
