From Welshpool travel south towards Newtown on the A483T, for about 6 miles when you will enter a 50-m.p.h. zone. After a short distance there is a long straight at the end of which on the right is Llivior Lane (no sign) Turn into the lane where Greystones is a short distance on the right.

From Newtown travel north on the A483T for about 10 miles passing the Nags Head Hotel on the left. Llivior Lane is the next turn on the left after a couple of hundred yards. Please be mindful you will be joining an ‘A’ road when leaving.
