5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I have had the best experience living here for the past 22 months. Special shout out to Jess MacGregor who has been an absolute delight to coordinate with in regards to any support that I required. The entire moving in and moving out process was smooth and seamless.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes the building management has been extremely responsive and efficient in dealing with any problems and have been quick in responses. This was endearing considering I am not a UK citizen snd needed to be educated about a lot of aspects of living here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known that my mobile service was going to give me issues with basic phone connectivity. Initially I did think this was an issue with my mobile provider but cabbies used to complain about poor service network too.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve taken a walk in to there local town, it’s a cute village with small shops, pubs , restaurants and more. It’s very handy for me due to my job that it is only a 10minute journey to the airport. As it’s only a new area I’ve had no complaints with the area even when I’ve walked around different areas the village seems very welcoming.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues are sorted as quick as they can, very reassuring and seem very keen and happy to help
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How easy the process was with this company, I had the thought in my head that it would be a long process of paperwork but they’ve made it so simple.

The area is very good no issues there surrounded by nice walks and shopping centre not too far away plus there is many means of ways to get on major roads to travel anywhere and there are plenty of schools around if you have a kid
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Fast and reliable with quick emails back and forth to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We are in a nice safe area that is close enough to Norwich without experiencing the traffic ect. We are close to a number of supermarkets but maybe slightly further away from pubs and restaurants than we would like to be
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We haven’t had many issues since moving in although when we have asked questions the responses have been fast and informative.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were wrongly informed about WiFi prior to move in so had to go weeks without signal when we could have sorted it beforehand

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The property is a semi- detached house located in the end of road . It is calm and quiet , has less vehicle and foot traffic due to that . The house is not overlooked by other properties so has ample amount of privacy . Has got two designated parking spaces ( parallel) . The closest bus stop is located about 0.4 miles . We had no issues with bin collection or antisocial behaviour . Can walk to the hospital/ UEA within 20 minutes . The house has couple of solar panels and blinds fixed in as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There were emergency numbers that we could reach but did not have to use them. The property manager, Jess Macgregor was very responsive and resourceful and was the best.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
None to report , it is a nice neighborhood as I mentioned
