We are selling our three-bedroom family home in the peaceful area of Langford in Bicester. The house is in a great location with parks and wildlife meadows surrounding the area, and is just a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, Bicester Village, and the train station with connections to Oxford and London.

Our property sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac path and fronts onto a beautiful green space. There is access to the garage and driveway from both the adjoining road and through the back garden. There is an abundance of wildlife to watch from the master bedroom window - we often see muntjac deer and hedgehogs roaming past our front door. We have also been able to stock up on fruit from the apple trees, blackberry and sloe bushes surrounding us, when in season.

We have found the whole cul-de-sac to be really friendly and have got to know most of our neighbours over the years as they have watched our family grow. One neighbour loved the area so much that when they needed to upsize, they simply moved into the property next door to them when it went up for sale.
