We were drawn to this home because of its peaceful location, the beautiful park nearby, and the wonderful sense of community. One of our favourite times of the year is Christmas, when the whole neighbourhood comes to life with festive lights. Seeing everyone decorate their homes creates such a magical atmosphere that we've looked forward to every year.

The nearby Ockwells Park has been another of our favourite places. It's perfect for peaceful walks throughout the year, and in spring the woodland floor is covered with beautiful bluebells, making it a truly special place to enjoy nature right on your doorstep.

When we first moved here, our daughter was seven years old, and being so close to Lowbrook Academy was a huge advantage for our family. As she grew older, she continued her education at Newlands Girls' School, another excellent local school that gave us great confidence in the area and made family life incredibly convenient.

We've also loved how practical the location is with Wessex Way shops are just a few minutes away.

Over the years, we've made this house truly our own. One of our favourite additions has been the summer house in the garden, which can be a perfect for summer party or children play house or even a little office .

The area is incredibly quiet and pleasant, making it a wonderful place to come home to after a busy day. We have been lucky to have amazing neighbours who have become true friends over the years. Together we've enjoyed Christmas drinks, summer BBQs and Bonfire Night celebrations, creating memories that we'll always treasure.

Although we're excited for the next chapter, we'll be sad to leave a home and neighbourhood that have given us so many wonderful memories. We hope the next owners will enjoy living here just as much as we have.
