I've been living at Momento Hayes Apartments for the past six months, and my experience has been very positive. One thing I noticed before moving in was that the road outside can be quite busy. However, once you step inside the building or into the apartment, it's surprisingly quiet, and I've never found the traffic to be an issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
One of the things I've appreciated most is the management team. They have always been friendly, approachable, and professional. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly, and the few maintenance requests I've submitted have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. It's reassuring to know that issues are taken seriously and resolved without unnecessary delays.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building feels safe and secure, which is a huge plus. Everyone I've met has been friendly and respectful, so there's a really nice community feel. Even though it's right by a busy main road, it's surprisingly peaceful once you're inside, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day. A special shout-out to Charles from the security team, he's always around with a smile, happy to help, and goes out of his way to make residents feel welcome and looked after. It's little things like that that really make a difference.

Living at Momento Hayes has a nice balance of convenience and comfort, with a bit of everyday fun mixed in. You’ve got plenty of local shops, supermarkets, and quick grab-and-go spots nearby, plus a decent mix of restaurants and takeaways for when you don’t feel like cooking. On my very first day moving in, I even ended up walking over to a restaurant near the station Ginger & Spice and it was top notch, a great first meal in the area and a nice introduction to what’s around here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
A special shout-out to Emeric from the maintenance team. Every time I've had a maintenance issue, all I've had to do is submit a ticket, and it feels like he appears at my door in no time. He's always friendly, professional, and happy to help. It's reassuring to know that if something needs fixing, it gets taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Great maintenance service really makes a difference, and Emeric is a big part of why living here has been such a positive experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The building is always clean and smells fresh, which makes it a really pleasant place to come home to. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the station, making commuting super convenient.
