We have absolutely loved living here over the past three years. If it wasn't for needing to move closer to our families, we would have been very happy here for years to come. It's been the perfect first home and we feel so lucky to have lived here. It's just been the two of us, but we've enjoyed regularly having guests to stay and the house could easily be enjoyed by a family. We spend a lot of time in the house as we both work from home and as such we've used the 3rd bedroom as an office space, but it could easily also be a comfortable bedroom. The downstairs especially feels so big and spacious, the living room is huge and offers so many possibilities. The garden is such a special space, it's very low maintenance and it gets lots of sun and is a lovely place to relax. The bi-fold doors are one of our favourite aspects of the house and they make the downstairs such a lovely open place to entertain and enjoy summer days. The conservatory also means that you can get that 'outside' feeling all year round! The house is in a quiet part of the development and feels very nestled amongst the trees, it's a very calming and relaxing location. It's such a luxury in Jennett's Park to have dedicated parking, and we're so fortunate to have private parking directly outside of our garage within a few seconds of our front door.

Jennett’s Park is such a lovely community to be a part of, especially when it comes alive for events like the Christmas lights displays and Halloween. We've especially enjoyed coffees and lunches at Jay's Corner which is such a great addition to the community. We also have great options for multiple country walks right from our doorstep. It's a special place that we will definitely miss.

We are very sad to say goodbye to our home, but excited for the new owners and for our next chapter!

Guillemot Street is a lovely part of Jennett's Park and the flat overlooks the landscaped green fields to the rear - it's round the corner from the local Co-Op for all the day to day essentials as well as The Peacock Farm Pub and the popular East Park Gym. It's only a 5-10 minute drive into Bracknell or Wokingham Town Centres and the A329 is just round the corner for the M4 motorway network.

We love Jennett's Park - the sense of community here is lovely and this part in particular has a lovely feeling of convenience combined with space. The decor in this home is just lovely and is "turn key" ready for someone to move straight in! Great it also comes with a garage and parking, so a home you can really grow into and be a part of the community.
