La Infiesta – Castañoso is a small hamlet in the municipality of Piloña, part of the eastern region of Asturias. The property comprises several buildings, all registered with their cadastral references, and most of them recorded in the Land Registry. In total, they occupy an area of approximately 12,000 m2, distributed among pastureland and several buildings: a house requiring complete renovation and a stable or storage building in the same condition.

Access is excellent; it is reached via a well-maintained road and is located near several towns with amenities, such as Villamayor (16 minutes by car) and Infiesto (20 minutes by car). It is also relatively close to the eastern Asturian coast (18 km from the beautiful La Espasa Beach in Caravia). It is a place surrounded by mountains, far from noise and stress, and located on the ascent to Alto de La Llama (the starting point for numerous routes through the Sueve mountain range, such as the Majada de Espineres), a scenic road connecting the municipalities of Piloña and Colunga.

The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, hunting, or simply sightseeing.

Regarding the buildings: According to the Land Registry, the house was built in 1900 and has a constructed area of 199 m2, distributed as follows: 120 m2 for the two-story house with a wooden corridor and 79 m2 for an attached stable or storage area.

Regarding the land: The total area is 1.2 hectares. Most of it consists of meadows classified as rural for agricultural use, with the exception of 1,571 m2 of urban land.

The entire property has a superb southern orientation and is partially surrounded by easements that provide multiple access points to its different sections. One of the plots borders the La Infiesta stream, with its clear, crystalline waters, which is the main source of the Borines River, famous for its mineral-rich waters.
