    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Being in the centre of Cardiff is very ideal - easy access to absolutely everything you can want and need. Even though it right by clubs and bars, our amazing night team Troy and Greg do everything they can to make me feel safe

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are very good with actioning any physical issues quite quickly - however if there are any account issues they are very very slow to fix it and sometimes it can cause more detriment to your health and financial state

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    You are allowed to ask them to hang up TV, shelves, paintings but what they don’t tell you is that it comes with a cost

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    The perfect city living. Incredible transport links, excellent facilities and access to bars restaurants and shops. Parking for residents is excellent and enough local parking for visitors to access. The sound once in the building is not an issue at all, you can not hear any outside noise once in the building. Even on busy weekends, reception is staffed 24/7 and therefore never a safety concern.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Any issues have been dealt with immediately. The on site team are excellent and will assist with anything we need help with. Aled has supported is from start to finish and continues to check in with us to ensure we are happy and there is nothing further he can support with. Even when we have had minor teething issues, Aled put them to bed straight away and sorted the issue.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Just how perfect it is. We moved from a large home and we were slightly nervous about such a big change but Aled has ensured we feel at home and we wish we had done it sooner!

    Absolutely perfect location ! Very easy access anywhere you need in Cardiff. All aspects about living at Wood Street house is amazing

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I personally haven’t had any issues with my flat. When I needed to park car for an hour front desk was very accommodating to let me park upstairs

    I wasn’t aware of the social aspects and events the building does which are really enjoyable

    Great location and transport links. I personally don’t get affected by any noise either Everyone’s always very helpful but Mo & Ben have been particularly great recently helping me with some maintenance issues very quickly and efficiently. Night staff always make me feel safe when I come in from working night shifts and I find everyone very friendly and welcoming l. Great team. Really enjoy living here ……………………………….

    Mo and Ben are always helpful especially recently. Mo always so friendly and pleasant a great presence on the team. My emails are always answered quickly ………………

    Close to all amenities in cardiff, very helpful being this close all the shops. Very little anti social behaviour and it feels like a safe area of cardiff

    no issues and always helpful if i need anything and always available 24/7

    Nothing just how welcoming the staff are and fellow residents are nice
