The properties are built to a very nice standard
The properties are built to a very nice standard.
All the appliances are good quality.
They are nicely decorated, the sanitary ware and bathrooms/ cloakrooms are of good quality.
The kitchens are of good quality
Ryan, the development manager for Leaf, is extremely helpful, always available to assist and extremely polite. Extremely happy and grateful for all his help.

I only moved in 2 days ago so I have not had time to properly look into things.
However, the parking is fantastic and have had no traffic noise
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Have not had any to date except a minor problem with the front door which Ryan sorted within 30 minutes

Happy with everything to date. Would be very helpful to know bin and recycling collection dates as they weren’t available on Wealden District Council website

Great house, great development!
The design of the house is great, management have been very responsive whenever we’ve needed something which has been very good for us. The building quality is good, we had a few minor teething issues but we reported them and they came out to fix them very quickly which was highly appreciated!
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is lovely, quiet with still a lot of development ongoing at the moment. Haddon is very much a growing area so facilities are mainly in Yaxley which is close by, but I know longer term there will be some added here which we look forward to using! Parking is great and no issues with anything down our street so far!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We reported a handful of issues that we discovered upon moving in, and they have been sorted by the maintenance team which was very good. Any questions we’ve had have always been answered very quickly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Whilst the development is still progressing, use a postcode for deliveries and instructions rather than just a road name! The road doesn’t appear on google yet so extra instructions are highly appreciated by delivery drivers!

Leaf living home
Leaf living home offers a beautiful quality modern design with lovely facilities to suit basic needs for adults and children. The home is situated in a very serene environment close to schools, parks , bus stops, hospitals and provide good road next work to city centre and rail station.

The good aspects of this home is their customer services and support. They are super fast to respod to concern. Leaf living is lovely and very energy efficient.

There response to problems are super fast. My garage gate was repaired within days of raising the issue.

It would be great if property management can be more responsive with our queries
It would be great if property management can be more responsive with our queries. For example as reported a missing shelf inside the kitchen cabinet under the stove and was told the developer will contact us in 30 days. It has been 3 weeks now but we still haven’t received any response or call about the missing kitchen shelf. Also our garage door is not working as it doesn’t open all the way up. Pls send someone to help fix

Most people or delivery companies cannot find or don’t know Barley Avenue. Need to put up two road signs for Barley Avenue like Cherry Tree Ave. I still cannot register on Council of Oxford for bin collection schedule

We raised questions and issues but building management hasn’t been responsive. They say developer will contact us on 30 days but not yet. We moved in already 3 weeks.

More than happy with my leaf living home
Homes very well desgined
I had an isssurs with my hot water the weekend I moved in.
Very swift response from the out of hours team.
I had fixed the issue in the interim however I received a call to discuss the issue.
