Based in CORFE MULLEN (a thriving village with an interesting history being one of the largest parishes in the country). To the West is open countryside, yet easily accessible are the town centres of Wimborne (about 3 miles), Poole (about 5 miles), Bournemouth (about 10 miles) and Blandford Forum (about 14 miles).

Corfe Mullen is known for it's excellent schools comprising of three primary, one middle and a comprehensive. The village has a selection of different shopping facilities with two supermarkets, two post offices and fast food takeaways, florist, doctors surgery, chemist and dentist meeting most local needs.

Richards opened in 1985 and quickly established itself as the office to use if you are buying, selling, or renting, in Corfe Mullen and the surrounding areas.

Today husband & wife Jason and Debbie Spiers, together with Joel Conlon (Sales manager), Kelly Jerram (Lettings negotiator), Maria Goudy (Administrator), Sue Portelli (Administrator) and David Macbeth (Property Management) run a highly successful and friendly estate agency.
