The Property

Coates has its own pub, which is within striking distance of Church Farmhouse. There are also popular gastro pubs in the neighbouring villages of Sapperton and Ewen, and a great farm shop (Jolly Nice) on the main road to Stroud. Cirencester Park boarders Coates which is home to Cirencester Park Polo Club. Further afield the nearest towns are Stroud, Tetbury and Cheltenham. Cheltenham has a wide range of shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as the famous Cheltenham Racecourse.

With the Property being within easy access to both the M4 and M5, the main regional centres of Oxford, Swindon, Cheltenham, Bath and Bristol, are within daily commuting distance.

The area is also well served by a number of excellent independent and state schools, making it a popular choice for families. Independent schools within the vicinity include Cheltenham College, Dean Close, Cheltenham Ladies College, Beaudesert Park School and Westonbirt. Cirencester Agriculture University is on the doorstep and Deer Park and Kingshill are the local senior schools.
