5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is exceptionally well maintained and provides a safe and welcoming environment. The grounds are beautifully kept, communal areas are always tidy, and the overall standard of the property is excellent. The location is convenient, and the community has a friendly, peaceful atmosphere. I really love the events that the team host. Justin and the Reception staff are amazing! Parking can be a little tricky with no guest parking, but this is only a minor inconvenience. Overall, any small issues are addressed quickly and efficiently
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance man (didnt catch his name) deserves special recognition. Had a small issue moving in with some loose cabinets but it was dealt with super quick!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No visitor parking can make it a little hard to have family around, but it is a very busy area.

Nothing significant comes to mind. My experience has matched my expectations, and the management team has been helpful whenever I have had any questions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We have really enjoyed living at Signal Box Yard! Great location about 15 mins pleasant walk along the canal to central Bath. Closer to home is Midland road area for many shops, library, cafes. M &S foodhall and Lidl is 10 mins walk in the opposite direction of Bath. Only negatives for us have been that parking for guests is non existent and it can be a wait to get an indoor parking place. We have never had noise issues (yay top floor living!)
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There have been a few small issues with being a new building (when will the solar be hooked up, when we we get our electricity bills?!) but these seem to be out of the hands of management. Any small issues (such as some missing flashing which caused a small damp spot have been dealt with immediately (thanks Richard and Martin!)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We have been very fortunate being in a quiet part of the building; we were a little concerned that with so many students around the area it would be noisy but we have so far had no issues with noise.
Manager's response4Thank you Cara! Best Wishes,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Its a good location, close to town on a busy road with a bus stop nearby also a small platform station not too far away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They usually respond quickly, especially if its an important issue like electrics or water. They can work around your schedule or come in when you aren't around if need be.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The dates of the events like pub quiz or halloween party. I always end up working those days.
