4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The property is right next to Seven Sisters Tube station, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of shops, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The area can be a little noisy at times because of the busy streets and traffic, but the flats are very well insulated, and once the windows are closed, you hardly notice any noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have always responded promptly and attended to my queries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
You feel very safe within the facilities, which is important as the area is not the safest in London.

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Perfect location , Central to all the shops and restaurants and right opposite Central Milton Keynes shopping center with soo mich to do! Zero traffic noise and soo much parking available
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Handy man is always available on wednesdays and tries to fix as much as he can!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not much they are pretty transparent about everything

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It is close enough to walk into the city centre (an 8-minute walk to Newcastle central station) and the quayside but far enough away that it generally does not feel busy. My flat faced the courtyard, so it was usually quiet. If it was completely silent, you could sometimes hear trains in the distance, but they never bothered me.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Overall, the management team responded quickly to any issues I raised. The only real downside during my time there was the internet. I once went about a week without service. Although this was an issue with the provider rather than the on-site team, I think Grainger could consider a more reliable provider in the future!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Residents get 10% off at Sanco (pizza place) and gym classes are great

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has some great things nearby, with brilliant local restaurants, good pubs and plenty of shops. Seven Sister has its challenges, but it's a vibrant and diverse community that brings a lot of life to the area. Being on the Victoria line and overground makes travel very easy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In the past 12 months, it has been very good. We had a dishwasher issue, and it was investigated and replaced pretty quickly. In the past, I feel this process would have gone on longer.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The post room could have been better designed considering the amount of tenants. It's regularly over filled and packages tend to be hard to find or in the wrong place. Also, the bike storage at Juniper has become a bit of a mess with people dumping bikes and buggies. I hope they find a solution to this soon.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good aspect of living in the area is that it’s not dead set in the city centre but close enough to walk into town and also Cardiff bay
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I rarely communicate with the building management it tends to be front of house team who help with issues. But experince has been fast responses and good communication
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known there isn’t any visitor parking near by as I have my sister visit me often.
