What is shared ownership?
Shared Ownership enables you to buy a share in the home via a mortgage or savings and you pay a
reduced rent on the part you do not own. The initial percentage that you buy would be between
25% and 75% based on what you can afford. There will also be a service charge of approximately

Following a research project with King's Lynn Academy, students put forward a selection of development names, road names and logos for consideration. The chosen development name takes inspiration from Florence Green, the world's last-known World War I veteran, who was a member of the Women's Royal Air Force and lived in the local area.
