Decent location though the college kids screaming and shouting is annoying. Heat can be unbearable in summer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Kit came to help assist with a hot water problem and was very quick and efficient. 5 stars for him!

Living in this area has been an outstanding experience. The community is welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, which creates a genuine sense of belonging. 5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I live right in the city centre, right beside the main bus station. There is a huge variety of shopping malls, restaurants and large supermarkets all nearby, making daily shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Several public green squares and small parks are within walking distance for relaxation. Public transport is excellent with frequent bus routes covering the whole city, though minor traffic jams occur during peak hours. On my street, regular weekly bin collections are reliable. Plenty of parking spaces are available, traffic noise is low, and anti-social behaviour is barely a problem here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I raise any issues to the building management team, they respond quickly and professionally. General maintenance problems like faulty corridor lights or lift minor malfunctions are almost always fixed within 24 hours after I submit a report, and staff will send me updates to inform me of the repair progress. The 24-hour security team also reacts fast if I report safety-related worries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One important thing I wish I knew before moving in is the serious lack of temporary visitor parking spaces on weekends.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is very central with a quick walk to the train station. Some of the nearby roads can be a bit dodgy with homeless people but it’s easy to avoid these at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There have been a few issues but Shari and Julia have been great at helping me and sorting things out.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Sometimes it can take some time for issues to be fixed, for example, the central app where you report maintenance issues and book events hasn’t been working for a few weeks so I haven’t been able to join any social activities with other residences. However, the team have been great at keeping me updated for when it should work again and it doesn’t cause any day to day issues.

Very close to train station and other local amenities nothing ever feels to far and this is coming from someone who has gone from driving to walking so convenience is brilliant. Very quiet, clean and mature complex to live in so far. Only issue is parking makes it very difficult when family come over.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not applicable yet as we have not had a chance to yet report any issues. Only some minor issues that are very easily resolved and nothing to complain about
