Directions
Heading north out of Kendal continue along the A6 until you reach a left turning signposted ‘Longsleddale 4 ½‘. Take this turning and continue along the single track public highway along the valley, passing through the hamlet of Garnett Bridge, for approximately 5.5 miles until the road ends at Sadgill.
Access to the land is then taken along a circa 2 mile section of rough track known as Gatescarth Pass. Please note the track is only passable with an ATV or tractor. Access onto the land itself is via a gateway in its southeastern corner (what3words: essay.allies.cheetahs), taken from the track. The access route is shown dashed purple on the attached sale plan.
All parties viewing the land are advised to do so on foot only. Do not attempt to access the land with a vehicle. Parking is available at the southern end of Gatescarth Pass.

The land is located at the head of the Longsleddale valley, circa 7 miles northwest of the hamlet of Garnett Bridge. The market town of Kendal lies approximately 10 miles to the south, with Windermere around 7 miles to the southwest.
