We love our house location and the size and rooms are just about right for us at the moment. We have recently experienced quite a few issues with the house such as leaks, broken locks and some broken equipment. Once a ticket is raised we can usually expect help within a couple of days, however it can take longer for them to order in what is needed to fix the issue.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes the isssues do get a response within a few days and then repairs are normally done within 1-2 weeks
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the back door is not made to deal with the heat as it keeps breaking due to things expanding / shrinking

I chose the area because it closeness to prayer buildings, supermarkets, schools, etc. and all of them are reachable within 5-10 minutes walk. The area is clean, the surroundings are maintained regularly. Things that I might not keen are mouse infestation and littered dog and cat poops.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always respond my query within 48 hours, give a solution and dispatch the worker in a week time (mostly).
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We had our due diligent before choosing the place and the unexpected one was the increasing rent on yearly basis.

We love living in our home, it’s close to lots of green spaces shops and good transport links, It’s well maintained with gardeners and the streets are really clean with lots of parking available
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever we have had any day to day issues they have been dealt with in a speedy manner which has been needed with young children
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew the community we were moving into as we would have moved sooner!

The location is very good, it's only a 15 minute walk to Sefton park and Lark Lane, and a 10 minute bus ride to the city center. Parking is reasonably plentiful. Bin collections are always on time. I've had no issues with antisocial behaviour that i wouldn't expect from Toxteth

It's sometimes taken some time for issues to be fixed, but they do get sorted eventually

It can be noisy with the windows open, due to the road being busy, but you get used to it quickly
