5* building and 5****** staff
The Lexington has been a fantastic place to live. The building is modern, well designed and finished to a high standard, with great communal areas that are always kept clean and well maintained. The gym is a real bonus, the 2 rooftop terraces are one of the standout features, providing a great space to relax, socialise or enjoy the views.especially on the top floor terrace
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at The Lexington has been a really positive experience overall. There are plenty of great local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the city centre and waterfront are easily accessible. There are also some nice open spaces nearby for a walk. Transport links are excellent, with regular buses and Lime Street station not far away, making it easy to get around. The street generally feels safe and well maintained, bin collections are reliable, and traffic noise is minimal. Parking can be limited at times, but that’s expected in a city-centre location. One of the biggest positives has been the staff – Caitlin and Callum are absolutely amazing, always friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful whenever anything is needed. They really make the building feel welcoming and well managed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, when my washing machine and dishwasher had issues raised on the app and was sorted in a timely manner
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Don’t pick your apartment purely based on the front view onto the waterfront, check out the apartments on either side of the building as the direct apartments can get very warm in the summer, whereas the side apartments stay cooler with views just as good.

Caitlin on Reception is my fave!
Gym, cinema room, offices etc & it's often free & available to use without hassle. I absolutely love living here.
The community are friendly, approachable & also looking for nice neighbours, you know they say hello in the lift, I've had beers with them & made friends too. Exceptional with a high level of respect at all times.

I really like it... Wyld Sauna & The Bus Yard on my door step as well as a community like no other! Shout out to Caitlin on reception too.

The best community
The building offers everything I need. As someone who works from home sometimes I really benefit from the co-working spaces as it makes a change from my apartment. Although I work from home I still have the chance of speaking with people as the building is so friendly and I meet a lot of my neighbors at the resident events. Special mention to Caitlin, the one who makes the building a home💖
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is located in the perfect spot. It makes travelling easy and there is also multiple parking options available. The street is quiet and calm for most of the time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team are very quick to respond to any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how fast aircon units sell out in the summer! I should have been prepared
