    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Area is very central and just a short walk into the northern quarter. There are loads of coffee shops and bars nearby. It can loud with the windows open due to the fire station

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    We have an issue with the washing machine and this was quickly resolved by Rick

    Just the area is very convenient as it is not far from stations

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Location is great right on the edge of ancoats and a couple or minutes walk to northern quarter where you will find loads of bars and restaurants. For us it’s the Perfect location as it’s just enough outside of the action to still be relaxed but only a couple of minutes walk if you need anything. The buildings just off a main road but you won’t hear anything with the windows shut.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The maintenance guy Rick is great if we ever have a problem he will come quickly to try and resolve it. The whole team on the desk are great day and night (especially Mary), always chatty and helpful.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I had all the information prior to moving in and nothing has come up that I wish I had known before.

    The local area offers an excellent range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars, all within easy walking distance. There are several well-maintained parks and open spaces nearby, making it easy to enjoy outdoor activities and relaxation. Public transport links are excellent, with frequent bus, tram and rail services providing quick access to the city centre and surrounding areas.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Building management has been highly responsive whenever we have raised an issue. On the one occasion we required maintenance support, the team acted quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and resolved the problem efficiently. The professionalism of both the management and maintenance staff gave us confidence that resident concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The development is still relatively new, so there was limited information available from existing residents when we moved in. As a result, some aspects of day-to-day living only became clear after living here for a while. Fortunately, the building has been well managed, and any issues that have arisen have been dealt with promptly. Other than that, there were no major surprises, and the experience has been largely in line with what we expected.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Overall a great area just on the edge of Ancoats/NQ. There is a fire station nearby so during the day you can hear the fire engines if you have the windows open. Ca Phe Viet is over the road, great coffee :)

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management team were brilliant from the start! Very quick to respond during the referencing process and everything got turned around within a week or so. When there were a couple of things that needed looking at upon moving in, they were dealt with promptly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    There’s quite a few street level car parks nearby which can be handy if you have a car.

    It is located in a very central area of MCR. Lots of shops and pubs in the heart of NQ. 10min walk to Piccadilly and Shudehill interchange

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    They are very quick to respond. You can log requests through the Loft app. They usually send someone the next day to check.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The EPC rating is really good compared to others in the neighborhood.
