Good to live however anti social behaviour is a issue

This building has a onsight gym for all residents to use which is great and has a huge variety of equipment. In terms of maintenance we’ve had several issues such as balcony doors which took over a month to be fixed. Not only this we’ve had toilet seat come off , door handles become loose recently there was a on sight flood which was going through the apartments floors and management were quick on this issue and informed residents about this and the staff were incredible on this and came to everyone’s door to inform

Best young professional living apartments!

Living at Swan Street House has been a genuinely positive experience, I have lived in 3 other build to rent unit and this is far by the best. As a modern build-to-rent development, the building is finished to a high standard, with stylish apartments, well-maintained communal areas, and excellent facilities that make day-to-day living comfortable and convenient. The management team, Ruby and Holly are approachable, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests, helping create a welcoming and well-run community - they’re truly awesome, thanks so much both!! The location is one of the biggest advantages. There is a great selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and bars all within easy walking distance, making it simple to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Nearby parks and open spaces provide plenty of opportunities for walking, exercising, or simply relaxing outdoors. Transport links are excellent, with frequent bus services and nearby rail connections offering easy access to the city centre and surrounding areas. Whether commuting for work or travelling for leisure, getting around is straightforward, although roads can become a little busier during peak times. The street itself feels safe, clean, and well cared for. Bin collections are reliable, communal spaces are kept tidy, and there is very little anti-social behaviour, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. Traffic noise is generally minimal thanks to the building’s good insulation, creating a peaceful environment inside the apartments. Parking can occasionally be busy, as is common in popular urban locations, but this has never been a significant issue. Overall, Swan Street House is an excellent place to live, combining high-quality modern accommodation, a convenient location, and a friendly community. It offers everything you would expect from a premium build-to-rent development and is somewhere I would happily recommend to others.

Swan Street House, great home for us so far

We've been living here a year now and great property so far no complaints. Staff have been very helpful and kind throughout especially to our little pupper so we really appreciate that as well. Flats are nice and spacious and they have a specific layout which is great because of separation.

Would 100% recommend living here

Development is great, love the study/communal areas. Staff are amazing, Holly is always a great help. I’ve had some issues with my flatmates and they have been such amazing support. Only moving due to price, if it wasn’t as expensive we would have stayed.

I’ve genuinely had a really positive experience living at Swan Street Apartments in Manchester. From the moment I moved in, the building has felt safe, modern, and well looked after. The apartments are finished to a high standard, and the location is fantastic—you’re close enough to the Northern Quarter to enjoy everything it has to offer, while still having a place that feels comfortable to come home to after a busy day. One of the biggest positives has been the management team. Any queries or maintenance requests have always been dealt with efficiently, and communication has been clear throughout my time here. It’s refreshing to live somewhere where you feel like the staff genuinely care about the residents and take pride in keeping the building running smoothly. I particularly want to mention Holly, who has been absolutely brilliant. She has always been approachable, friendly, and professional, and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. Whether it’s answering questions, helping resolve an issue, or simply taking the time to check in, Holly consistently goes above and beyond. Having someone like her as part of the management team really makes a difference and adds a personal touch that you don’t often find in apartment buildings. The communal areas are kept clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere in the building is welcoming. Security is good, which gives real peace of mind, and it’s clear that the team works hard to maintain high standards for everyone living here. Overall, I’d happily recommend Swan Street Apartments to anyone looking for somewhere to live in Manchester. It’s a great combination of an excellent location, quality apartments, and a management team that genuinely cares about its residents.
