Located in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to national transport hubs and the main shopping district, Kampus is a great place to live. There are several excellent food and drink outlets on your doorstep, and a local supermarket.

Timely and thorough response to maintenance requests.

Building updates, events and management are easily co-ordinated on an app.

Kampus is so central, but so safe and private at the same time. Its always spotless and there’s security all the time, wouldn’t ask for any better

It makes it so much easier to settle into a new city when moving to Kampus, the transition to getting to know the area and making new friends wa seamless!

This central Kampus M1 area boasts excellent local amenities. Inside the development, there is an on-site Sainsbury’s for daily groceries, alongside popular independent cafes, bakeries, such as Pollen Bakery, covering casual brunch, takeaway and evening drinks. Well-maintained communal green spaces and canal-side walkways offer pleasant open areas to relax outdoors. Transport links are extremely convenient: Piccadilly Station and Metrolink tram stops are just a short 5-minute walk away, with frequent buses connecting to universities and other city districts. The main downside of the central spot is heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, which creates noticeable noise on summer nights, especially around the Gay Village nearby. Anti-social behaviour is rare overall, though occasional loud noise from nearby bars can be heard if windows are open. The building’s sound insulation works well to block most disturbances once closed, making daily living comfortable despite the busy surrounding streets.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every time I submit a maintenance request, the building management replies promptly via the system. When I asked to replace faulty light bulbs. They communicated politely throughout the whole process and handled my concern flexibly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One key thing I wish I knew before moving in is that the central location brings consistent ambient noise from nearby bars and busy streets during evenings and weekends. While the windows block most sound when shut, leaving them open overnight can lead to disrupted sleep in warmer months.

The Sainsbury’s on site has been really handy and the opening hours are convenient. Nell,s and pop ups are great amenities.

Minor issues/repairs have all been resolved quickly when needed.

Some of my evidence submitted regarding existing damage was rejected. I assume I will end up paying for pre-existing damage.

KAMPUS is in a very convenient central Manchester location with lots of networking and travel links. The cafes near by are also great. Margaux was super helpful with the move in. Front desk staff are always super friendly.

Not had any problems, everything has been faultless so far
