    We've been living at Momento Hayes for nearly a year now, and we genuinely couldn't be happier. It's one of those places that quickly starts to feel like home. Overall, living here has been stress-free, enjoyable, and genuinely fun. Great apartment, amazing amenities, brilliant staff, free coffee, and a team that goes the extra mile to make residents feel at home. Would we recommend Momento Hayes? Absolutely. The only downside is that the free coffee has raised our standards everywhere else! ☕😄

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Another superstar is Emeric, who has to be the best maintenance person ever. If anything needs fixing, he's on it before you can even finish your cup of coffee. Friendly, efficient, and always happy to help he's a real asset to the building.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Speaking of coffee... the free coffee is a surprisingly awesome bonus! Grabbing a great coffee before making the dash to Hayes station for the train to Paddington has become part of our daily routine. It's the little things that make a big difference.

    We've had a great experience renting an apartment at Momento Hayes. From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth, well organized, and stress-free. The apartment is modern, clean, and well maintained, with thoughtful amenities that make it a comfortable place to live. Everything was ready when we moved in, making the transition easy.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    A special mention also goes to Emeric, who has been absolutely fantastic. He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help. Whenever we've had a question or needed support, he has dealt with it quickly and professionally. Thanks to him, we've had no issues at all during our tenancy. His dedication and positive attitude really make a difference to the overall living experience.

    One of the things we appreciate most about living at Momento Hayes is the excellent 24-hour security. Knowing that the property is monitored around the clock provides a real sense of safety and peace of mind, making it an even more comfortable place to call home. Charles from the security team, who is simply the best. His friendly attitude and dedication make us feel safe and welcome every day.

    Momento Hayes is a beautiful, modern building that is always clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help residents and their visitors. One experience that really stood out was when my mum came to visit while I was at work. The staff were extremely helpful and assisted her with accessing my unit, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. They treated her with kindness and respect, which I really appreciated. Knowing that my family would be looked after so well gave me great peace of mind.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    NO issue - I'm very grateful for their support and would highly recommend Momento to anyone looking for a well-managed building with outstanding staff and excellent service.

    It is clear that they take great pride in their work and are dedicated to creating a secure and positive environment especially Charles security guy.     Bermondsey is a great area with lots of small shops and cafes. Property is at close proximity with Southwark park. The street is quiet with little traffic albeit currently with construction work going on. The development is car free so residents are not able to get council parking permit on street

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    In terms of maintenance they responded very quickly and the site team is present during the day to fix things. At this day management refused to give out more than one physical fob per flat which let some of the scores down.

    Utility providers available in the property, for instance district heating provider and internet provider
