Beautiful Apartment in a Peaceful Location
Absolutely love my new apartment! It’s spacious, clean, and modern, in a lovely quiet area. The balcony is a great space to sit out and relax. The management team has been fantastic—always quick to respond to emails and any queries. Overall, I’ve had an excellent experience with both the apartment and the letting agency. I would definitely recommend them.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a lovely new area with its own parking space and plenty of additional street parking. Despite being a new-build estate, it doesn’t feel cramped at all, with a real sense of space throughout. The area is peaceful, with minimal traffic and noise, and there are some lovely dog walks right on the doorstep. Overall, it’s a great place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have responded to queries and issues in a good timely manner
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Storage space in the apartment such as kitchen cupboards not as big

Newly-builts but I thought would be more stress-free than in practice
The houses differ in terms of allocated spaces, but for us we went to a 4-bed for more space, but the living room is too small. The flooring on the ground was badly chosen because it got damaged since the first day we have moved in. The rooms are decent size but if the rooms could be equally distributed but there are parts of the walls that makes it difficult to put some furniture. I was going to put two singles in a room, but had to opt for bunk bed because one part of the walls was not the same level as the other/taking away some space. Parking space well distributed, they have provided internet as complimentary which is well thought as we would have very poor signal otherwise. Garage is massive (wish they had put more space in a living room than a garage though). We will hopefully see the benefits of solar panel soon. We had issues with side door, yale lock and a few other things since day one which some is still not fixed, but the main dissappointment is the ground flooring and living room space.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Traffic noise is low, parking availability is easy but there is only one local shop(expensive). Other big supermarkets 10 mins away, which is something that anyone can manage (by car) but a few miles. I wish we had more locals to help in emergencies. I ran away from the only local we have as it is too expensive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Have accepted them but I had to insist and chase for things to get done. I still have some repairs pending.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The flooring matters and the living room space is much less with furniture than we thought. Unfortunately this has put me off seeing it as long term rent. Hopefully, with time we will adapt but I am not so sure considering we have a big family and I value the living room space for get togethers. The garden is big, garage big, I just thought it was not well distributed. I love the downstairs toilet. We have minimal storage space in the kitchen, if you open the cupboard doors you will see that most will have a washing machine, boiler, dishwasher etc. At the end we had one 3 part cupboard for food storage. I will email to ask for an additional storage (considering there is space for one). This would benefit us but also future tenants.

Pleasant new home!
Good designed development, far enough from the main road but close enough to local shop and amenities. Well designed housing, with good mod cons such as fobbed entry and access via secure app to allow family to enter if not home.
Property management - respond promptly to email enquiries. We recently run into a drainage issue - this was raised one morning via the app I did also try to call but this took many hours until I got through! Admittedly once got through the issue was raised and dealt within within 4-5 hours. This was passed onto to the building management how were quick and efficient to locate the problem and contact the relevant team! 😊
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Currently opposite a building site however other than building works the development is situated in a quiet neighbourhood off the main road. You can often hear loud cars driving up the road - to our car loving child this is great apparently! Not so much at night when trying to go to bed.
Local shop a stones throw away and a lovely little cafe. Park nearby for kids with a good range of equipment for all ages.
Bus links into the town centre 2 minute walk.
So far no antisocial behaviour 🤞
We have settled in well to our new home and enjoy walks around the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes as above - with a overflowing sewage drain - although took a while to make contact via the phone. The issue was raised and rectified within 4-5 hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I feel it would be nice to know how long building works are expected to last however with work and nursery this does not affect us too much.

Happy with our new home.
We have no issues with the house at all, the design and layout is perfect for us. We had one issue since moving in with the plumbing due to issues on site which was resolved quickly. The site is still under construction and there are not many people living on the site at the moment. There is walking access to the lake and a lovely play area nearby for kids.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Short drive from both Hythe and Dymchurch. Lots to do in the area. Buses to New Romney and Folkestone run regularly. So far we have had no issues with traffic or anti-social behaviour. You can hear the shooting range but you get used to it and it isn't all the time. Construction on site is quite noisy at times. Bin collections were an issue when we first moved in but has since been resolved and there are no issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We had an issue with plumbing that was resolved quickly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How difficult deliveries would be. Highly recommend getting what 3 words.

Lovely development
Design of the house is lovely. Great finishings and layout. Design of the whole development is nice. Variety so the houses don’t all look identical. Still being built so roads are bad at the moment but should be nice afterwards. Local fields and woods so good to walk around. Property management is all outsourced to independent companies so while nice it can be difficult to get things done.
Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good public transport, very family friendly, lovely area and easily accessible. Aldi nearby and Sainsburys being built currently but both are right near the development entrance. Would love more towards the back end of the development or some local pubs/bars.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded but it has taken (and is still taking) a while to get things done. Plumber and electrician needed to come out and I had to chase and then never turned up when the appointment was booked. Took about 3 weeks to sort but got there eventually. Wifi is still non existent
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I WISH WE HAD BEEN TOLD WE DIDN’T HAVE WIFI. The agency made a huge deal out of the fact that the wifi would be included and installed from the move in date but it wasn’t until we got the keys that we were told there was a delay. It’s now looking like 2 months with nothing but a 4G dongle that is awful and very frustrating. I feel like we were massively misled as we would’ve made alternative arrangements if we’d have known we didn’t have it
