Vizitsa sits on the western slopes of Pelion at around 320 metres, with the Pagasetic Gulf stretching out below. Villa Vizitsa stands within the village's conservation area, on a verdant 1,566 m² plot, with the traditional settlement directly in front and the chestnut forest immediately behind.
