This impressive villa is set on a hillside in Melissovouno, Tala with magnificent panoramic views of the sea and Paphos.

The villa is laid out on three levels, as you enter the property there is a lobby area off of which is the open plan living space, fully fitted kitchen and a double bedroom along with guest shower room. The living room has a log burner for cosy winter evenings in addition to the central heating throughout. Doors lead out to the patio area which has a tiled infinity pool with roman steps and a backdrop of amazing views. There is a BBQ area as well as an undercover veranda to allow for outside dining and relaxation.

A marble staircase takes you up to three double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and vanity unit, along with a large en-suite with both bath and jacuzzi shower. All of the bedrooms have balconies on which to absorb the surrounding scenery.

Stairs take you to a lower level which has a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, shower room and a store room. There is a separate entrance which means that this can be used as a self contained apartment. Leading from the living space is a large private patio with sea views.

Tala is a large surburban village 6 km north of Paphos and popular with many non-Cypriots who have made Tala their home, or who have a holiday home here. There is a pretty traditionally stoned square, off of which are some great tavernas and bars. The village also has shops and amenities including a delicatessen, beauticians, mini market etc. There is also an Amphitheatre which hosts events in stunning surroundings during the beautiful summer evenings.

Coral Bay is a 10 minute drive away which is an extremely popular tourist resort with its award winning Blue Flag sandy beaches and water sports facilities. The sands are deep golden, and the clean seawaters here are calm and shallow, making it a popular choice for families with children. Facilities on the beach include toilets, showers, changing rooms, sun beds, umbrellas and water sports. The beach also offers disabled access.

Coral Bay itself has an abundance of tavernas, fine dining restaurants, bars, supermarkets and amenities. There are hire shops for buggies, quad bikes and numerous day trips on offer.
