The beaches are 30 minutes away, Jugon-les-Lacs 10 minutes, and Lamballe and the TGV train station 20 minutes. Just steps away is the river, bordered by woods, and a dock for canoeing. The house: A beautiful, typical longère (traditional Breton farmhouse), with a courtyard in front facing the hamlet, parking, and a lovely wooded garden with a large paved terrace to enjoy the views over the valley. The house is warm and well-maintained, with a pretty fitted and equipped kitchen and a large window above the sink for admiring the surrounding nature. The living room is stunning, with a magnificent fireplace, a dual east and west exposure that provides beautiful light throughout the day, constant brightness thanks to the skylights, and a wonderful sense of space thanks to the mezzanine above, which features a cozy lounge area with wooden flooring.
