The lane to the cottage is on the right after about ½ mile beside the lodge. Proceed down the lane and you will find the cottage is the second of the pair on the right.

Dormansland has a good range of local amenities including church, public houses and village store/post office. Golf is at Lingfield and Chartham Park and horse racing at Lingfield Park. There are more extensive shopping and sporting facilities in nearby East Grinstead, Lingfield and Edenbridge.
