The trilogy is an ideal location, with the tram stop less than 5 mins away and an easy walk into town it’s perfect. It’s great as you feel close enough to the centre but out of all the craziness.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The best reception !! ( Rose is amazing ). I’ve had issues with my locker and they’ve always been so friendly and polite when I need help. Always a friendly face and hello after a night out as well ;)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The social events are great , I’ve ended up making friends with people in the building. It’s just a lovely and friendly community that everyone is polite and friendly that I haven’t seen in other blocks. Would very much recommend the trilogy.

Love living at the Trilogy its so close to everything including shops like Tesco and co-op. Cornbrook tram station is a minute walk from the building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Had a few small issues which were dealt with straight away

The building is conveniently next to cornbrook tram stop and is walking distance from 2 supermarkets. It is also really nice being walking distance from great pubs and bars in Deansgate and Castlefield.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really well. The response time has been very quick and any issues we have had have been dealt with very well by maintenance and management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would recommend Elliot’s coffee stand by cornbrook tram stop and Banyan Tree restaurant.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is great as it is right next to a bus and tram stop and a short walk into town. There is a Co op and a Tesco Express within 3 minutes walking distance. The 2 nearby canals are great for walks and runs. The restaurants and bars in Castlefield are lovely, especially in the Summer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management have always been quick to organise and complete repairs in the flat. We have had no issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Banyan Tree is a lovely family-run restaurant/bar and a great spot for breakfast or an evening wine- only 3 minutes down the road. There is also Elliot’s Coffee stand by Cornbrook tram stop- he sells great coffee and morning pastries! We recommend!
