The bright and spacious kitchen contains a good range of upper and lower cabinets and drawers, as well as an integrated single oven with gas hob and extractor above.  A great feature is the well-positioned coffee station, ideal for serving guests in the adjacent dining room. Space for tall fridge freezer; space and plumbing for washing machine and dishwasher. Window looking to the rear garden and external door with glazed panel leading out to the rear garden.

The convenient downstairs WC contains a 2-piece suite comprising a wall-mounted basin and a WC.

Ascend the straight staircase with wooden balustrades and handrails to the upper landing, which has a storage cupboard with shelving for linens.

The bright family bathroom contains a 4-piece suite comprising WC, inset washbasin, bath and shower enclosure housing a mains shower.  The walls are tiled to half-height and a handy, tall, cupboard provides great storage.

All bedrooms are on the upper floor, one with a window looking to the front garden and over to woods beyond and two have windows overlooking the rear garden.  Two of the bedrooms are doubles with in-built storage and the other is a large single room.
