Apartment 31 is a generously proportioned one-bedroom assisted living apartment, which occupies a prime position on the first-floor, with a balcony. It is one of the closest apartments to all of the fantastic facilities on offer at Richmond Villages Aston-on-Trent.

A Service Charge of £675.19/month covers the general upkeep of the village facilities, building insurance and maintenance, management and registration of staff, and social wellbeing activities and events. This is reviewed annually on 1st January.

Renters of Assisted Living apartments also pay for a Lifestyle Package. This covers utility costs, meals, housekeeping and laundry services. Lifestyle Packages are available from £2746.19 per month based on single occupancy. This is reviewed annually on 1st April.
